He is the most recent addition to our management team, but he’s already fitting in well and becoming a key member of our company. He jumped in and has proven to have a talent for learning quickly and leading by example. He’s always prepared and willing to share information, and he has a tremendous open-door attitude for suggestions and opinions.
Tom is already highly respected for the insight he’s brought from his past experiences and his ability to help us apply them to our situation. “Having come from a large corporate culture, with exposure to several major projects, has allowed me to build and develop on my experiences and translate those big company principals to this smaller company atmosphere and help our group continue to improve.”
“Tom jumped in quickly. He isn’t afraid to tackle issues and learn new things. And he has already proven to be a valuable leader.”
