Tom Lail - Sr. Project Manager
Calm. Methodical. Respected. Seasoned. Loyal.
Fortunately, there’s no such thing as being “too professional,” because Tom reaches the pinnacle. As a Senior Project Manager, there’s no better trait when you’re managing as many projects and people as he does. He’s extremely organized, has a vast amount of experience and industry knowledge, and he understands the nuts and bolts of every project.
Although his job is anything but easy, Tom sees his mission in pretty simple terms. “The bottom line is that it’s our job to make our client’s job easier and help them to meet their objectives. And in return, we foster repeat work with them in the future.”
With his many previous years at Turner Construction, Tom gained a lot of large project experience. He proved that he can handle the millions of details involved in each and every project and that he can coordinate the employees, subcontractors and clients together to create a successful result for everyone. Just some examples of his extensive experience include:
“He sees the black and white in every situation, which is so helpful in his position.”
