The R.I.G.H.T. Way

Respect. Integrity. Golden Rule. Humility. Trust.

Those five words embody the basic Core Values of the entire company. They represent our fundamental philosophy and principles of life. They are what we aspire to be both at work and in our personal lives.

We do more than memorize the words. We live by them. We are reminded of them every day as we see them posted around the office, printed on our collateral, and spoken during meetings as we work as a group to make decisions.

We believe these values go to the core of who our owners, John Sofarelli and Russ Suddeth, are. They "walk the walk" and expect us to do the same. It's not easy to do the right thing all the time, but we know that shortcuts won't support the R.I.G.H.T. way. Whenever we're faced with a tough decision, we're encouraged to look to these values for the solution, and the company empowers us with the resources and support we need to make it happen.
