About J. Raymond

J. Raymond Construction Corp. was incorporated in Florida in March 1989 by John Raymond Sofarelli, majority owner and company President. In late 1989, J. Russell (Russ) Suddeth joined J. Raymond as a partner and Vice President of Operations.

Operations began in the fall of 1988 and by the end of 1989, the company had completed several tenant improvements within office buildings and shopping centers throughout the State of Florida as well as a $3.5 million distribution warehouse in Maryland. Today, J. Raymond Construction provides construction services for most of the major nationwide or "national" retailers and developers. Over the years, we have expanded our market to include office, warehouse/distribution, restaurant, hospitality, and healthcare projects. Our company has grown steadily since its inception and is still able to provide the personal attention from the owners.
